SM-M - 70 cm 
ML-L - 72cm 

For our blazers sizing most important is the waist round:

If your waist around up to 68-70-cm choose size S,

If your waist around 78- 80cm choose size M,

If your waist around 88-90cm choose size L. 

Take good care of me by dry cleaning and hand wash, so i can serve you longer <3
