Базираме се в България и изпращаме поръчките бързо от нашия склад.
Имаме 14 дневна политика за връщане, което означава, че имаш 14 дни след получаване на поръчката, за да заявиш връщане или замяна🌹❤️

Ние ще се погрижим за всичко.
👉 Нужно е само:
- да опаковаш артикула в оригиналната му опаковка
- да го изпратиш към нас до офис Еконт гр. Раковски, кв. Секирово.
При замяна – ти ще върнеш към нас стария артикул, ние ще ти изпратим новия.
След като получим артикула обратно, ще възстановим сумата възможно най-бързо (обикновено до 7 работни дни)

Замени се предлагат само за поръчки в България.
Свържи се с нас, ако размерът не ти пасва.
Ще изпратим с куриер новия размер или модел възможно най-бързо.
При получаване на новия артикул:
👉 връщаш стария на куриера
❗ Моля, увери се, че артикулът е:
- неносен
- без петна, грим или парфюм
- без повреди
И е опакован внимателно в оригиналната опаковка.

Do not worry we offer easy and fast returns/exchanges. We are UAE/Dubai based and we ship same day from our warehouse.
We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange. Counting the day of receiving as first day and two more full days for you to try your item and inform us if you want to exchange or return 🌹❤️

We will be happy to organise your return or exchange. Everything you need to do is to pack the items back in their original box/packaging and to prepare them for our courier. The courier will come and collect the items. In case of exchange he will deliver the new items at the same time.
In case of return - he will collect the items. When we receive the items back - we will refund you as soon as possible - usually 12 days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for UAE local orders.
We offer easy and fast exchanges. Contact us if the item is not fitting you. We will send courier with the new size or type item to you next day. At the moment of receiving the new item - you will give the courier the old item.
Please make sure that the old item is unworn, with no damages, stains, signs of make up, smell/perfume. Please very carefully pack with the original box/packaging materials and covered with bubble wrap (for the big box) or putted in pouch from the courier for the small box.
You will pay the price of 1 delivery for the exchange - 18AED.
Easy Returns - just contact us via email or WhatsApp and we will organise everything for you. We also will keep in touch with you until you receive your refund 🙏🌹
Important ❤️ Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assist you immediately. We are here and we can rely on our fast support and care ❤️
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on heavily beaded items from our semi-couture line. At the moment only 2 items fit in this category and this is listed in the item description page ❤️
“This dress is part from our semi-couture series. In this series we do amazing gowns with a lot details and hand work.
Please, choose carefully your size because this dress is not subject to return or exchange. It has a lot hand-made details and the lace is very delicate. That is why in order not to damage or harm it - unlike most of our items if you order this dress - the order is final and it cannot be exchanged. However is very easily can be fitted because we have left some extra space and it can be fitted by small repair if needed”.
We do not accept returns on Underwear.
Possible Problems - Dear Queen, our experience till now showed us some possible problems which may occur. We are listing them for you - so we make sure you are familiar with them and they don’t happen to you. Please Dear Queen - we are here to help you with everything you need. We answer all the time to our messages, so be in touch with us if any problem with the pick up of return/exchange order occur.
- if the delivery company fails to pick up the item in the attempts they are making and you do not inform us for this, dear queen - so we can assist you with organising new pick up - and the item keep on staying 3 more days with you - the return/exchange will be cancelled. Please, note dear queen, we are using a delivery company - not our own driver- if your initial pick up - fails and you confirm new pick up with the delivery company driver - but he don’t come or you have problematic communication with him - inform us dear queen - so we can help you.
if we are not informed we can’t help you. And if 3 more days pass, we will cancel your return/exchange.
- Please answer your phone for the pick dear Queen. If multiple days the phone not answered and the delivery company fails to pick up and you do not contact us for this problem - your return/exchange will be cancelled.
- if you state you want a return/exchange dear queen - but then stop the communication and your return/exchange details are not confirmed within the policy time of return/exchange or the next day - your return/exchange will be not possible. We have cases where some Queens disappear for 3-4 days, or a week or even 10 days. Please make sure, dear queen, you just give us the proper confirmation and details so we can organise fast return/exchange for you and everything is okay 🌹❤️
- please dear queen - do not leave your box infront of the door if you do not live in a closed building. Also if you leave the box infront of the door make sure it stay there only few hours not with days. Please make sure the items are kept in good surrounding conditions - so they do not damage.
Also, please make sure they are in safe place dear queen. Please do not leave the box without the bubble wrap envelope - especially outside - it is made to keep the clothes safe in their best conditions. Our clothes are very special pieces - with a lot details and hand work - they need to be kept properly in order not to damage.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The item need to be sent back to us in 14 days in original co diction, with original box, tags and box envelope. The items should be unworn, with no signs of smell, stains or damages.
we do not arrange exchanges or return pick ups for other countries than UAE.
Money Back
Once we receive your items back. We will inspect them and let you know if everything is okay. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible - usually 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
